# Usage

> Understand pooled Code Review limits, spillover billing, and active-period usage reporting.

Use **Usage** to track Code Review activity for the active billing period.
This page shows how many pull requests or merge requests your organization has reviewed,
and whether any spillover pull requests or merge requests were made.

## Pooled review limit

Your organization has a pooled review limit of **50 pull requests or merge requests per Code Review seat**.

This limit is pooled across the organization. One developer can use more than 50 reviews
as long as the organization stays within its pooled allowance.

For example, an organization with 10 active billable Code Review seats has a pooled
limit of 500 pull requests or merge requests for the billing period.

## Spillover billing

Spillover lets Code Review continue after the organization reaches its pooled review limit.

* If spillover is off, reviews stop when the pooled limit is reached
* If spillover is on, reviews past the pooled limit continue and are billed as overage

Every overage pull request or merge request is billed at **\$1 per pull request or merge request**.

  immediately and enable spillover.

Organization owners can enable spillover from **Usage**.
